Robust fuse and relay panel used to provide constant or switched 12V power to essential components for most EV Conversion vehicles. Uses a Bussmann 10 relay, 40 fuse panel.

  • Ignition Input to turn on discharge components (Motor Coolant Pumps, DC/DC Wake, etc.)

  • Charge power command to turn on charge components (Battery Coolant Pumps, DC/DC Wake, etc.)

  • Intelligently provides power to components requiring power during charge and discharge without turning on components not requiring power.

  • Can be provided with preconfigured controls or custom Hi or Lo Coil controls for component relays.

  • All leads from panel are standard 20 feet in length.

Using the EV-Controls T2-C Controller paired with the Orion2 BMS as a basepoint, this Fuse/Relay Panel provides power for:
